Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system covers design, purchasing, production, assembly, testing and after-sales service. Machines ship CE-marked under the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive and the EN ISO 23125 (lathes) and EN ISO 16092 (presses) safety standards.
Measurement and traceability
- Material analysis and stress-relief records are kept for cast beds.
- Parallelism and alignment measurements are recorded during linear guideway and ball screw assembly.
- Each machine receives an ISO 230-2 positioning and repeatability report and an ISO 230-4 ball-bar circularity report.
- Serial numbers allow backward tracing of the batch numbers of all critical components.
Continuous improvement
Failure data from service records is analyzed by our engineering team every quarter; recurring issues lead to design changes on the production line. Our target in customer satisfaction surveys is 4.6/5 or higher.
