What is the delivery time?
2-4 weeks for standard models in stock and 10-14 weeks for configured-to-order machines. Fiber laser and 5-axis models can take 14-18 weeks depending on options.
Can I run a demo with my own part?
Yes. Choose 'Live Demo' on the appointment page; once you send your drawing or sample part, our application engineer prepares the program and we measure the cycle time together. The demo is free.
What are the warranty period and coverage?
Machines carry a 24-month warranty and the fiber laser source 36 months; the spindle group is covered for 12 months or 4,000 hours. Material and workmanship defects are repaired free of charge. Details are on the Warranty and Service Terms page.
Which CNC controls do you offer?
We offer Fanuc 0i/31i and Siemens Sinumerik 828D/840D sl on lathes and machining centers, Delem DA-66T/69T on press brakes and our own cutting-control software on fiber lasers.
Do you provide financing and leasing support?
We prepare your file for 12-48 month financing with partner banks and leasing companies. For eligible companies we provide technical documentation for SME-support and investment-incentive applications.
Is operator training charged?
A 5-day operator and programming course is included in the machine price with installation. Advanced 5-axis, macro and CAM courses are priced separately.
Do you accept my old machine as a trade-in?
We evaluate machines regardless of brand and age. Send photos and the nameplate information and we will quote a trade-in value within 3 business days.
Where can I order spare parts?
Use the 'Spare parts' option on the Service Request form, or order by phone at +90 312 267 41 00 or WhatsApp with your serial number. Orders confirmed by 4 p.m. ship the same day.
